How do I book a shoot?
Just send me a message with any questions you have about the type of session you are interested in, and we will go from there.
Do you require a retainer fee?
Yes, I require a percentage of your package price as a non-refundable retainer fee to hold your date. This is 25% for weddings and 50% for all other sessions. The remainder is due no later than the date of your session.
What payment methods are available?
Payments may be made via PayPal, Venmo, Cash, or Check
When will I get my photos
All galleries for regular sessions are delivered within 6 weeks. All galleries for weddings are delivered within 6 months.
Do you travel?
Yes. I do not charge additional travel fees for any locations within an hour of my home, however anything outside of that will include standard travel rates and lodging, if necessary.
Do we need a 2nd shooter on our wedding day?
Not if you book me to document your day. I shoot the majority of my weddings all on my own. This allows me to blend in more with guests and people aren't as aware that they might have a candid photo taken of them. I split my time before the wedding getting pictures of the couple separately getting ready or hanging out with their bridal party. I always make sure to get that first reaction shot as well when the couple is seeing each other for the first time.
The option to add a second shooter is still available for those weddings of several hundred guests in the a la carte section of my pricing page.
What gear do you use?
I shoot with full frame Nikon DSLR and mirrorless cameras, with a variety of prime and telephoto lenses.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No, it's not required that you order prints through me, but you can. Ordering directly through your gallery is super easy because the photos are already there, so you don't have to upload them to a third party site. The photos ordered through your gallery come from a professional printing lab at a great price.
Can I bring props?
Absolutely! Dogs, blankets, your favorite beer, food, dogs...your session is all about you! Did I mention you can bring your dogs?
